The Parkour Kung Fu Ninja course offers children the opportunity to do physical exercise, know themselves, learn to respect others, overcome obstacles with their heart and mind. Parkour is a sport that teaches children to overcome obstacles quickly and efficiently by adapting their body to the surrounding space; it includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, and quadrupedalism. Kung Fu is a discipline that combines the study and strategies of combat both with bare hands and weapons but above all a discipline that teaches that in life it is necessary to be strong physically, but also with the Heart and Mind. (in our laboratory no weapons of any kind are used). The course is led by Francesco GA Raffaele, Martial artist and performer, trained as an actor at the School of Performing Arts of the Teatro Biondo in Palermo, Master of Arms and Martial Arts instructor, he developed his style starting from Kung Fu and moving in different styles such as Kali Filippino and Escrima.
Practicing Parkour for years, he developed a system aimed at making his students passionate about the sport and the practice of Body Arts. Merging his branches of expertise, he later trained in London at The Mocap Vaults becoming a Motion and Performance Capture actor. He collaborates with the Elementi Association in order to create a course that trains young people by making them appreciate the beauty and importance of physical activity through his mixed Parkour and Martial Arts course.
